Munam Nauman

Munam Nauman has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Munam started their career as a Software Engineer at Confiz in January 2016. After working there for five months, they joined Marham in May 2016 as a Software Engineer. During their time at Marham, Munam gained expertise in web development, utilizing technologies such as PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. Munam played a key role in developing the company's website, blog, and discussion forum, while also managing the server, database, optimization, and security.

In January 2018, Munam took on the position of Product Head at Marham, where they led a team of six individuals including designers, mobile app developers, web developers, and testers. Munam focused on improving the company's products for doctors and patients, ensuring product quality and meeting deadlines. Munam continued in this role until December 2020.

Simultaneously, in January 2018, Munam also became a Team Lead at Marham. In this role, they were responsible for managing their team's tasks, estimations, deadlines, and growth. Munam provided guidance and support to their team, conducted code reviews, and involved them in architectural discussions. Munam remained in this position until February 2023.

From January to December 2021, Munam served as the Head of Engineering at Marham. Munam implemented important engineering processes such as CICD, code reviews, and planning. Their role involved overseeing all engineering work within the company.

Continuing their upward trajectory at Marham, Munam then became an Associate Software Architect in May 2022. In this role, they played a key role in developing and improving the company's software architecture. Munam continued in this role until February 2023.

Most recently, Munam has taken up the position of Engineering Manager at Marham, starting in February 2023. As an Engineering Manager, they are responsible for overseeing the engineering department, leading and motivating their team, and ensuring the successful completion of tasks and goals.

Munam Nauman's education history began at St. Peter's English High School, where they completed their Metric degree in Science from 1997 to 2009. Following this, they attended Punjab Group of Colleges from 2009 to 2011, pursuing a pre-engineering field of study and obtaining an FSC degree. Munam then continued their higher education at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) from 2011 to 2015 and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering. Later, in 2015 to 2016, Munam Nauman enrolled in the EVS Professional Training Institute, focusing on computer programming.
