Grace Carson

Grace Carson is an accomplished professional with expertise in customer success, business development, and leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Success and Renewals Manager at MariaDB Corporation since August 2021, Grace previously managed inbound leads and executed outbound campaigns to enhance business engagement. In addition, Grace demonstrated leadership skills as the Women's Captain at Caius Boat Club, leading the squad to significant success in 2021. Grace also volunteered as an English Language Assistant Ambassador for the British Council, sharing valuable insights about the Year Abroad program. Prior experience includes teaching English to over 800 students as an English Language Assistant. Grace earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
