Mariah DeLeón is a professional coach for executives, managers and individual contributors.  She also offers  human resources consulting. Her client list includes the Public Library of Science (PLOS), Spreetail, CISCO, Reflektion, 1-800 Radiator, and Inkling.  

Previously, Mariah was a Human Resources executive for 25 years in high tech companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Mariah has developed and managed several global HR departments and has overseen all aspects of the HR function including Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Compensation, Benefits, and Wellness. 

Most recently Mariah was the VP of People at Glassdoor in Mill Valley, CA.  Previously she was the VP of HR at Innovative Interfaces in Emeryville, CA and before that, the VP of HR at Monsoon Commerce/Alibris in Emeryville, CA.

Mariah is a Certified Integral Coach® from New Ventures West in San Francisco.  She has a BA in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco in San Francisco and a MA in East West Psychology with a focus in Mind-Body Awareness from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. Mariah is also a certified Situational Leadership and DISC facilitator.
