Arnab Das

Arnab Das is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Marico Limited since January 2011. Currently serving as the Head HR for the India Business, Arnab has also led HR functions across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement. Additional roles include overseeing corporate HR functions such as Performance and Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Business Partnering. Prior to Marico, Arnab worked as a Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt and as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on HR strategies and consulting. Arnab holds an MBA in PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Engg. in Metallurgy from IIEST, Shibpur. Earlier experience includes a role as a Scientific Engineer at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre.
