Nirlay Sheth

Nirlay Sheth has a solid work experience in the FMCG industry, with significant roles in procurement, supply chain management, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing operations. Nirlay spent a majority of their career at Marico Limited, holding positions such as Head of Procurement and Value Enhancement, Head of Logistics and Customer Service, and Head of Procurement for Non-Agricultural Goods and Foods. Prior to that, they worked at Godrej Consumer Products Limited as Deputy General Manager of Planning and Procurement, Head of Manufacturing Operations, and Procurement Manager. Throughout their career, Nirlay has demonstrated leadership skills and has been involved in driving process changes and innovation.

Nirlay Sheth completed a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat from 1997 to 2001. Nirlay then pursued a Master of Management degree in General Management from IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management from 2003 to 2005.
