Sam Chase is an experienced service designer with a strong background in human-centered design methodologies. Currently serving as the Lead Service Designer at Maricopa County, Sam leads design projects across various county departments to enhance internal processes, public services, and employee experiences. Previous experience includes roles at Stratos Innovation Group, where Sam managed system-level design projects, and co-founded OSSA Teams, focusing on service design workshops for the City of Columbus. Sam has also worked as a Design Research Consultant for Cardinal Health, a Program Coordinator for Ohio Humanities, and a Service Member with AmeriCorps. Educational qualifications include a Master of Design in Integrative Design from Columbus College of Art & Design and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Marshall University.
