Jack Ruane

Jack Ruane is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as Strategic Account Director at Marigold since 2016. Following the merger of Cheetah Digital and CM Group in February 2022, which rebranded to Marigold in early 2023, Jack has played a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences for EMEA enterprise clients. Prior to this, Jack held positions focused on the Cheetah Experiences product and served as Customer Success Manager at Cheetah Digital, following the acquisition of Wayin Limited in 2019. Earlier work experience includes roles at Royal Bank of Scotland Business as Account Relationship Manager and Client Personal Banker, as well as Sales Manager at HERTS HOMES LTD and Production Coordinator at Sky.
