Lisa Mayr

Lisa Mayr has an extensive and diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Lisa has held positions such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President (VP) of Finance in various organizations. Lisa has worked for Marigold as CFO, overseeing global financial reporting and operations. Prior to that, they served as CFO at INAP, driving strategic growth and managing financial reporting. Lisa was also the CFO at MicroStrategy, focusing on cost reduction and financial reporting. Additionally, they held positions as CFO at EVERFI, Blackboard, and Sunrise Senior Living, where they focused on revenue growth, investor/lender reporting, and financial investment management. Earlier in their career, Lisa worked in roles such as Treasurer and VP of Finance at LivingSocial and GeoEye, respectively. Lisa also co-founded and served as the CFO at Celtic Capital. Lisa's expertise includes areas such as digital infrastructure, software, education, and private equity. Lisa has been involved in capital market activities, budgeting, forecasting, and M&A.
