Mary Mitchell (Hancock) possesses extensive experience in customer success and brand management, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Customer Success at Marigold since January 2019. Prior to this role, Mary held positions including Associate Director and Senior Customer Success Manager at Emma + Campaign Monitor.
