Nick Watson has a diverse background in client success and customer management. From 2023, they have been working as the VP of Client Success EMEA at Marigold. Before that, they held the same role at Cheetah Digital from 2020 to 2023 when they transitioned to become the VP of Experiences. Prior to Cheetah Digital, Nick worked at Wayin as the Chief Customer Officer & GM, EMEA from 2018 to 2020, and earlier as the Chief Customer Officer from 2016 to 2020. Their previous experiences include working as the Chief Customer Officer at EngageSciences from 2016 to 2016, and as the VP of Client Services at EngageSciences from 2013 to 2015. Nick started their career at Tag Worldwide, where they held various senior project management roles from 2007 to 2013. Before that, they worked at BBC Worldwide as the Deputy Digital Asset Manager from 2005 to 2007 and as a DAM Technician from 2002 to 2005.
Nick Watson studied at the University of Surrey, where they received a BMus (Hons) degree in Music. Prior to that, they attended Pate's Grammar School.
