Ross Cochran

Ross Cochran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and technical integration within the email marketing industry. Since September 2019, Ross has held various managerial positions at Marigold, including Sailthru Senior Support Manager and Emma Support Team Manager, where responsibilities include overseeing customer integrations with platforms such as Salesforce and Shopify.
