Timothy O'Keefe

Timothy O'Keefe has extensive work experience in the legal field, primarily focusing on commercial and business law. Timothy has recently worked as the VP, Senior Counsel at Marigold since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Commercial Counsel at Marigold from August 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Marigold, Timothy worked at Santa Clara University, where they held various roles over the years. Timothy served as a Staff Attorney from February 2018 to May 2020, and as a Business Technology Applications Manager from July 2015 to February 2019. Additionally, Timothy worked as a Technical Specialist from June 2012 to July 2015 and started their career at Santa Clara University as a Student Assistant from October 2008 to June 2012.

Timothy O'Keefe graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2017, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they attended Santa Clara University from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics and Political Science. In addition, Timothy O'Keefe has obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Timothy is also an Attorney certified by the State Bar of California. Moreover, they have certifications in Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and Fundamentals of Autocad.
