Marine Dolphin Enterprises, LLC is commercializing an innovative and relatively inexpensive electrolyzer to produce green hydrogen in applications that have net-energy requirements lower than current hydrogen gas production systems.  Marine Dolphin will seek to 
1.	produce hydrogen from seawater without having to desalinate the seawater, 
2.	reduce the energy needs to compress hydrogen gas into a storable and transportable state, and 
3.	to harvest energy from system externalities to off-set the system’s electricity demands.
