Lukas Menze

Electrical Engineer at MarineLabs

Lukas Menze has had a varied and impressive work experience. In 2016, they completed an internship at GPV and was a Laboratory Teaching Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Leibniz Universität Hannover. In 2018, they began working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Alberta and then in 2020, they took on two roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Alberta. Currently, they work as an Electrical Engineer and Junior Electrical Engineer at MarineLabs.

Lukas Menze obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Leibniz Universität Hannover between 2014 and 2018. Lukas then continued their education at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Alberta, where they obtained a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering - Biomedical between 2018 and 2021. In addition, they obtained four certifications between 2018 and 2019: Concepts in Biosafety 2018 from the University of Alberta, Laboratory and Chemical Safety 2018 from the University of Alberta, WHMIS 2019 from the University of Alberta, and Construction Safety Training System (CSTS-09) from the Alberta Construction Safety Association.
