Ian Kearns

Ian Kearns is an experienced leader specializing in national security and the use of AI in combating organized crime and human trafficking. Currently serving as the Director for the UK and Europe at Marinus Analytics, Ian collaborates with the CEO on business development, investor relations, and strategic communications. As an Executive Board Member of the European Leadership Network, Ian engages with high-profile politicians and military leaders on international security challenges. Previously, Ian co-founded and directed the same organization, and held roles such as Specialist Adviser to the UK Parliament's National Security Strategy Committee, Deputy Director at IPPR, and Director at Electronic Data Systems. Ian's academic background includes a PhD in Evaluating Political Risk Methods and two master's degrees focusing on International Studies and Modern Studies.
