Jose Mercado

Jose Mercado is an experienced design professional with a career spanning over three decades in architecture and interior design. Currently serving as the Design Director at Maris Interiors LLP since December 2014, Mercado has previously held significant roles including Associate in Design at MMoser and Associates and Associate Design Director at Space Matrix, leading international design teams and managing large-scale projects in workplace, retail, and hospitality across various Asian countries and Australia. With a foundational background in advertising and a degree in Architecture from the University of the Philippines, Mercado has evolved from founding a graphics design agency to specializing in corporate identity, graphics, and environment design, demonstrating a versatile skill set in both creative and management aspects of design.
