Mariswe is a company that has transformed and matured since our company's inception over 50 years ago.  We are a proudly African and majority black-owned, multi-disciplinary design, project management, and infrastructure planning consulting engineering practice which aims to be involved in the full lifecycle of infrastructure. The company has ±250 employees and operates across 8 offices in South Africa, where we are level 1 BBBEE supplier and we also have active projects throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. The Engineering and Technical Support team at Mariswe is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of infrastructure projects across various sectors, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions that meet client needs. This multidisciplinary team collaborates on project management, quality control, and the technical assessment of civil engineering works, while providing critical support throughout the project lifecycle from planning to execution. Their expertise in areas such as water and sanitation, geometric design, and traffic engineering enables Mariswe to enhance infrastructure and improve lives across Sub-Saharan Africa.
