David Peckinpaugh

David Peckinpaugh has been in the events and meeting industry for over 20 years. David is currently the President & CEO at Maritz Global Events. Prior to this, they were with PCMA for 9 years, where they served as the Vice President of Business Development and then as the Board of Trustees for the PCMA Education Foundation. David also has experience with HelmsBriscoe and was the President & CEO of Maritz Holdings. In addition to their work with Maritz, they also serve on the executive committee for the Meetings Mean Business Coalition and is the Chairman for the PCMA Education Foundation.

David Peckinpaugh has a BA in Theirtory and Economics from The Colorado College, as well as certification from SITE in Certified Incentive Specialist and from Events Industry Council in Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).
