Eduardo Chaillo

Eduardo Chaillo, CMP, CMM, CASE, DES, CITP, serves as the Global General Manager for Latin America at Maritz Global Events, a position held since February 2014. Eduardo is also the founder of Global Meetings and Tourism Specialists, LLC, a consulting firm aimed at enhancing the business of North American meeting and travel professionals. In addition, Eduardo holds a role as Independent Advisor at Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe S. A. B. de C.V. Since 2001, Eduardo has had extensive experience in the meetings and tourism sectors, notably serving as the Executive Director for the Meetings Industry at the Mexico Tourism Board and as the Secretary of Tourism for the Government of the State of Zacatecas. Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
