Erica Land

Erica Land is a seasoned professional in event planning and communications with a strong background in public relations. Beginning as a Public Relations Intern at Destination Maternity Corp in 2013, Erica gained experience in generating brand awareness for Motherhood Maternity and A Pea in the Pod. Subsequently, Erica held various roles including Communications Assistant at The Philadelphia Museum of Art, where engagement with donors and cultural organizations was prioritized, and Manager of Events at The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University, focusing on fundraising and donor engagement. As Director of Development Events at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts from 2018 to May 2021, Erica led diverse events while integrating them into long-term organizational strategies. Currently, Erica serves as Solution Design Manager at Maritz, overseeing proposal development for a premier event agency. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Temple University and an Associate of Arts Degree in Merchandise Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
