Grant Dykstra

Grant Dykstra is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial strategy and project management. Currently serving as Director Finance Pricing & Strategy at Maritz since April 2020, Grant leads pricing and strategy processes while providing financial leadership to senior management. Prior to this role, Grant worked as a Senior Project Manager at Experient, where successful implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite was achieved. As a Financial Consultant at Cutrara & Company, Grant delivered budgeting and forecasting services across various industries. Grant's early career includes a role as a Financial Analyst at Mid-America Reformed Seminary, where oversight of financial health and budgeting processes was key. Grant holds an MBA from Valparaiso University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Public Administration from Dordt University.
