Greg Higgins has extensive experience in the field of software asset management and help desk operations. Currently serving in Software Asset Services at Maritz since December 2014, Greg has participated in significant industry events, including the IAITAM Spring ACE conference in May 2017 and the Microsoft Licensing Boot Camp in March 2017. Prior to this role, Greg was the Help Desk Team Lead at Aclara from January 2007 to November 2014, showcasing a solid background in technical support and leadership.
