Heather Loos

Heather Loos is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and event management industry, with over three decades of diverse experience. Currently at Maritz, since June 2013, Heather has held multiple roles, including Proposal and Event Design, Guest Services Manager, and Housing Meeting Event Manager, where responsibilities include managing guest service teams, overseeing event housing logistics, and collaborating with hotels on room management. Previous roles include POD Lead at Robert Half, Leasing Manager at Affordable Equity Partners - JES Holdings, LLC, Professional Resource Group Manager at Towers Watson, and various management positions at Walt Disney World, where Heather led convention and wedding operations and established a new reservations office. Heather holds a B.S. in Hotel Management from Eastern Illinois University.
