Ira Ozer, CPIM, CRP, CEP, serves as the President and CEO of Engagement Partners since May 2005, focusing on motivating and engaging people to enhance business outcomes through various strategic solutions. In addition to this role, Ira has been the President of Innovation Meetings since October 2012, where innovative meeting designs are catered to Chief Innovation Officers and meeting planners. Ira also holds the position of Engagement Consultant at Vendor Neutral and has been President of Motivation Partners, Inc. since July 2005. As a Senior Innovation Trainer and Facilitator at SolutionPeople, collaborative innovation programs are designed and facilitated for Fortune 1000 companies globally. Previous roles include advisory positions and business development leadership, with a strong foundation in sales management and account executive responsibilities.
