Katie Hammer

Katie Hammer is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in the event management and retail industries. Currently serving as a Procurement Category Manager at Maritz since February 2018, Katie has effectively established relationships with hotel partners and convention centers while managing the RFP process. Prior to this role, Katie contributed as an Audit Coordinator at Experient, enhancing processes for large conventions. Earlier positions include Assistant Manager at Coach, where service standards were implemented, and various managerial roles at maurices and Kohl's Department Stores, focusing on staff development and visual merchandising. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Kent State University.
