Laura Blevins

Laura Blevins, PMP, is an experienced project manager currently working at Maritz Global Events since November 2021, with a solid background in event management and development. Previous roles include serving as the Director of the Office of Executive Events at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where significant improvements in profitability were achieved for events, and as the Assistant Director of Event Management & Protocol at the University of California, Riverside, managing large commencement ceremonies and various public events. Additional experience includes major event planning at San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine and administrative support for fundraising efforts at UC San Diego. Laura holds an MBA from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC San Diego.
