Zach Lodes is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in hospitality and customer service. Currently serving as a Travel Director at Maritz since May 2023, Zach is responsible for managing on-site logistics and ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Previous roles include a Network Manager position at Network Marketing Pro where Zach collaborated on a significant social media presence, and a Hospitality Intern role at Lodge Kohler, focusing on guest experience. Zach's early experiences also include working as a Camp Counselor at Forsyth School and a Food Runner at Algonquin Country Club, where teamwork and customer satisfaction were prioritized.
