Tom Pollard has extensive experience in the publishing industry, particularly in digital resources, with a tenure at Mark Allen Group beginning in May 1999. Currently serving as Publishing Director for Digital Resources, Tom leads research, innovation, and product delivery within the division. Previous roles at Mark Allen Group include Content Development Director, where Tom focused on digital product development and editorial strategy, and Director of Data and Digital Development, responsible for implementing key digital infrastructure. Tom also held positions as Commercial Director and Publisher, overseeing healthcare publishing and managing editorial teams. Earlier in Tom's career, experience included working as an Archaeologist for BIAA from 1993 to 1998, conducting fieldwork in multiple countries. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Cambridge.
