Duane Pekar

Duane Pekar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, business development, and leadership across various sectors. Pekar's career includes significant roles at Carrier Corporation, where responsibilities included Director of Operations overseeing 1,800 employees and $400M in sales, and at General Motors, where Pekar was recognized as "high potential" after completing the GM Engineering Development Program. As President and CEO of Republic Elite and Trajus Building Products, Pekar executed successful turnaround strategies, driving innovation and operational improvements. Pekar's leadership roles extended to Honeywell Corporation and FRAM, where comprehensive P&L responsibilities were held. Academic credentials include an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kettering University. Currently, Pekar serves as Chief Executive Officer at Mark Andy Inc.
