Eric Henning

Eric Henning is a Procurement Manager at Mark Anthony Brewing Inc., where they oversee the procurement of commodities and ingredients for several well-known beverage brands, including White Claw and Mike's Hard Lemonade. Previously, Eric worked at Tyson Foods as a Commodity Manager and Rail Corn Buyer, where they successfully managed significant cost-saving initiatives and logistics for the company's feed mills. Eric's extensive background also includes roles at Scoular and The Andersons, Inc., where they gained valuable experience in grain trading and logistics. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
