Sky Georges

Sky Georges, Ph.D., is a Learning & Development Consultant with a strong focus on enhancing leadership capacity and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. They served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida, where they taught undergraduate courses and received the North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture Graduate Teaching Award. As an Assistant Professor at Tennessee State University, they created professional development programs for statewide improvement and taught critical leadership courses. Currently, Sky leads the global learning and development strategy for Cargill's business operations and supply chain while also holding the position of Sr. Learning Business Partner at Mark Anthony Group. Sky earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, a Master's Degree in Sustainable Development Practice, and a Ph.D. in Leadership Development from the University of Florida.
