MDS Architecture, PC, founded by Michael Mark, AIA, is a talented collective of architects, interior designers and engineers specializing in educational, municipal and commercial facilities that serve a variety of communities. Our award winning firm contributes to the success of our clients by designing environments that provide for more effective teaching, enhanced learning, more productive labor and more comfortable use. We are privileged to create facilities and spaces that encourage staff & student interaction in open and collaborative environments, and serve their inhabitants in creative, friendly and stimulating settings. We believe EVERY project can be a signature, legacy project.

As a firm, we are guided by excellence, creativity and client service. Our design philosophy centers on a common goal-- precisely addressing the needs of each project and client while creating thoughtful and creative designs within budget. Because of our client-centric approach, we have a successful track record of solid, long-term client relationships resulting in continued work on varying projects over extended periods of time.

Our disciplines lie within new construction, renovations and additions, including phased construction while buildings remain in operation. The success that we realize in each of our projects can be measured in real terms like initial cost, life-cycle cost, energy efficiency and ease of maintenance. Early involvement in the planning process greatly and positively contributes to a successful outcome. Also, our team-oriented structure and the superior project management that we employ, from planning through construction, allows us to communicate with clients in a timely and effective manner. We pride ourselves on open communication throughout the Design, Bid and Construction process.

We are excited to continue to enrich our communities and create designs that improve the way we work, learn, play and live our lives.
