Mark Hertz founded Mark Hertz Company in 1988 to give New York City property owners and contractors a reliable and honest advocate in the fight against building violations.

When a property owner or contractor finds themselves with a citation, it can feel like David versus Goliath. The bureaucracy and intricacy of New York City’s building codes and citation process are simply overwhelming. The team at MHC knows how to handle all of the City’s agencies and officials. We know how to remediate violations, eliminate or reduce penalties, and make your business whole again.

When you’re tired of the City of New York handing you citations and scrutinizing everything you do with your own property, give us a call. Our team of highly experienced hearing representatives, violation removal experts, and consultants will deliver a quick, cost-saving outcome.

We are passionate about tailoring solutions for you that are cost- and time- effective, and we begin by listening, understanding, and building relationships. Everything we do adheres to the highest levels of trust and integrity.

New York is the greatest city on earth, but sometimes, its bureaucracy can be frustrating. If you, like so many of our clients, are sick and tired of government scrutiny, schedule a call with us today.
