Robert Casey, JD, MA, is a skilled general counsel with extensive experience advising executive teams at national public and private banks as well as real estate investment and management companies. Currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mark IV Capital, they previously held roles such as Division Counsel for a $3B commercial bank and Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Brightstar Golf Group. With a diverse background that includes military service as a Major and helicopter pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps, Robert has demonstrated proficiency in legal strategy, risk management, and complex real estate transactions.
