Amber Collins

Amber Collins is currently the Transportation Planning Division Manager at Mark Thomas and has held the position of Senior Project Manager there. Previously, Amber served as the Executive Director for both the Calaveras Council of Governments and the Calaveras Transit Agency. With a robust background in transportation planning, Amber has also worked as an Associate Planner and Assistant Planner at Moore & Associates, Inc., and held various roles, including Long-Range Planning Intern and Planning Intern at County of San Luis Obispo and Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc., respectively. Amber earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
