David Williams

David Williams is a Senior Project Manager at Mark Thomas (A/E), with approximately 40 years of experience in the transportation industry. They began their career in Australia and have predominantly worked in Northern California for over 35 years, contributing to various projects including land development and highway improvements from planning through construction. Prior to their current role, David held positions at AECOM, URS Corporation, and several engineering firms, demonstrating a range of expertise in project management and engineering. David earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Honors from Monash University. They continue to focus on helping clients realize their project visions throughout the Sacramento region and beyond.
