Paul Edson

Paul Edson has been working in the IT field for over 20 years. Paul started their career as a regional IT manager for Baker International, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for the IT service, support, and delivery for the western and mountain US states. This included managing 20 sites, supporting all PCs, tablets, mobile phones, and networking infrastructure, and overseeing an IT support team of 6,000 employees.

After 2 years in this role, Paul moved to RBF Consulting as their senior associate IT director. In this role, they were responsible for facilitating IT service and support for the west coast region. Paul was with RBF Consulting for 14 years before moving to their current position as the IT director at Mark Thomas.

In their current role, Paul is responsible for the senior management of IT operations for Mark Thomas' northern and southern California presence. This includes managing and supporting the WAN/LAN infrastructure, managing IT capital investments, and implementing and collaborating support efforts for 10 sites. The current environment includes 20 Microsoft servers and 200 desktop/laptops.

Paul Edson attended Cal State Fullerton from 1983 to 1989, where they studied Management Info Systems.
