Ryan Bissegger

Ryan Bissegger is the current New Business Director & Associate at Mark Thomas. Ryan is responsible for growing the top line in the Sacramento/Central Valley and Southern California. This includes developing and maintaining client relationships as well as developing pursuit strategies with technical staff. Ryan also leads the firm's project funding analysis and grant writing efforts.

Previously, Ryan was the Marketing Manager at WSP where they wrote and edited proposals for public infrastructure projects for design and construction management services. Ryan also developed interview materials and provided guidance to staff.

Before that, Ryan was the Regional Marketing Manager at Psomas where they wrote and edited proposals for public infrastructure projects for design and construction management services. Ryan also managed marketing staff and proposal workloads.

Ryan began their career as a Senior Business Development Coordinator at NV5. Ryan was there for 6 years and 7 months before moving on to their current position.
