Ryan Zhen, EIT, currently serves as a Design Engineer II at Mark Thomas since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ryan accumulated extensive experience at Iteris, Inc., where positions included Associate Engineer, Assistant Engineer, and Transportation Engineering Intern from June 2021 to September 2025. Ryan began a career in civil engineering as a Civil Engineering Design Team Intern at UC Irvine from July 2019 to January 2021, focusing on drafting and renovating transportation infrastructure using AutoCAD, as well as redesigning parking lots to meet municipal standards. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine, earned in 2021, and graduated from Gabrielino High School in 2017.
