Jim Redfern is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in frontend development and cloud-based applications. Currently serving as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Mark43 since September 2021, Jim contributes to the development of CAD-Next, a modern application for dispatchers in emergency services. Previously, Jim held positions at Tradeshift as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, focusing on virtual credit card solutions for businesses. Jim began a career at Avaya as a Software Engineer III, earning two promotions and an Avaya Accolades Award. Additionally, as the Technical Director and Owner of Redwin Technologies, Jim led software development projects for prominent clients. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University.
