Leland Klauzer

Leland Klauzer is a Front End Engineer at Mark43 since September 2021, bringing a diverse background in law enforcement and security to the role. Previously, Leland served as a Police Sergeant for the City of Portland, overseeing a team of 40 officers and managing operational planning for a precinct of over 200,000 residents. Earlier experience includes serving as a Police Officer, where problem-solving and collaboration with law enforcement teams were key responsibilities, and as a Nuclear Security Officer with Omaha Public Power District, focusing on the protection of critical infrastructure. Leland holds a Credential in Software Engineering from Thinkful, a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor of General Studies with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
