Matthew Reardon

Matthew Reardon is an experienced professional in law enforcement and academia, currently serving as Practice Manager and Regional Practice Lead for the Northeast at Mark43 since September 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions as an Adjunct Professor in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security at Dean College and as Unit Commander for the Investigative Support Unit at the Metropolitan Law Enforcement Council. From 1995 to 2023, Matthew worked with the Town of Medway, culminating in the role of Lieutenant Detective with responsibilities including supervision of criminal investigations and oversight of the Police & Fire Communications Center. Earlier in the career, Matthew served as Detective Sergeant/Detective, managing various investigative duties. Educationally, Matthew holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Western New England University.
