Rebecca Welsh

Rebecca Welsh is the Co-General Counsel at Mark43. Rebecca was previously a Litigation Associate at Cooley LLP from October 2014 to July 2017. Prior to that, they were a Litigation Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from August 2012 to July 2013. Rebecca also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey from August 2013 to August 2014. In addition, Rebecca was a Fellow at NYU Center on the Administration of Criminal Law from June 2010 to August 2010. Before that, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Program Associate at KIND from October 2008 to July 2009. Her first job out of law school was as a Trial Bureau Paralegal at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office from July 2007 to July 2008.

Rebecca Welsh has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in U.S. Theirtory and Latin American Studies from Cornell University - College of Arts and Sciences.
