Tia Younginger

Tia Younginger is a seasoned talent acquisition and people operations professional with extensive experience in learning and development. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Associate at Mark43 since June 2021, Tia has excelled in full-cycle technical recruiting, people operations management, and the launch of successful internal learning programs. Prior to this role, Tia advised international students at Yeshiva University, handling immigration regulations and enhancing student services, while also managing teams and events in various roles within the hospitality industry. Tia holds a Master's degree in International and Comparative Education from New York University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Spanish Language and Literature and Anthropology from PennWest Clarion.
