David Proctor

David Proctor has a diverse background in executive leadership and advisory roles, currently serving as Chief Product Officer and President at Markaaz since November 2024. Additionally, David holds advisory positions at Array and Tarci. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Experian from February 2017 to April 2024, where David was President of Business Information Services and Partner Solutions, as well as COO and Senior Vice President. Earlier career experience includes a role in Marketing and Product Management at VarTec Telecom from January 2002 to December 2005. David Proctor earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University in 1997.
