Todd Hartman

Todd Hartman is the Chief Legal & Risk Officer at Best Buy, where they lead the enterprise legal, risk, and compliance functions. Todd has held various roles within Best Buy, including Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and has served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Best Buy, Todd was a Partner at Robins Kaplan LLP and worked as a Legal Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Currently, Todd is also the Chairperson of the Board at the Best Buy Foundation, an Advisory Board Member at Markaaz, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School. Todd earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Harvard Law School.
