Neeti Priya

Neeti Priya started their work experience in 2010 as a Team Lead at Black Turtle, where they were responsible for technical and non-technical lateral hiring. Neeti also organized recruitment drives for freshers and sourced CVs through various channels. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Team Lead at Aakash Educational Services Limited, overseeing lateral hiring and managing new hire onboarding. In 2017, they became a Human Resources Executive at DRISHTI WELFARE SOCIETY, where they handled recruitment and selection, performance management, and payroll. Currently, they are an HR Manager at Markable Solutions, where they manage talent acquisition and recruitment for India and the Manila branch, specifically handling technical and non-technical hiring.

Neeti Priya obtained their Bachelor's Degree in HRM from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at Patna University from 2015 to 2017.
