Doc Cohen

Doc Cohen, CFE, is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in various industries. Cohen co-founded UVA Vault, a blockchain-powered marketplace for collectible wine and art, in 2022. As Chairman of Pugnacious Chicken and Chairman of the Board at Markarie since 2017, Cohen has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Cohen has also served as President & CEO of LJC Management, Inc. since 2002 and held the role of Franchise Owner for The Great American Cookie Co. from 1979 to 2019. Other notable positions include former partner at Brilliant Mistake Wines LLC, Trustee for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Chairman of the International Franchise Association. Cohen holds a BSPh and LLD in Pharmacy and Law from The University of Georgia and has obtained a CFE certification from the International Franchise Association Educational Foundation.
