Robert Duke serves as the Vice President and Surety Counsel at Markel since 2020. Previously, they held the position of Vice President at Early, Cassidy & Schilling from 1995 to 1999 and worked as Surety Legal Counsel at Euler Hermes North America in 2019-2020. They were also the General Counsel for The Surety & Fidelity Association of America from 2016 to 2019, among other roles in private practice. Robert earned a BBA and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
