Tim Pasik

Tim Pasik is the managing director of commercial casualty product lines at Markel. Tim has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Tim started their career at Gen Re in 1988 and held various positions over the next 22 years, eventually becoming vice president. In 2011, Tim joined AEGIS Insurance Services as senior vice president of underwriting. Tim remained with AEGIS for three years before joining Markel in 2014.

Tim Pasik completed their BS in Economics at The Wharton School and then went on to complete their BS Econ in Insurance at the [University of Pennsylvania.

Tim Pasik works with Linda Schreiner - SVP, Strategic Management, Richard Grinnan - General Counsel & Secretary, and Kim E. Coonrod - Director, Administration & Operations. A direct report to Tim Pasik is and Sarah Maxwell - Managing Director, Commercial Excess Wholesale - Specialty Division. Tim Pasik reports to Thomas S. Gayner, Co-CEO.
